I have a simple request. Please record audio of yourself reading a sentence randomly generated with this tool.
Send the file (or link hosting the file) to my email at frankpuzzleroom@gmail.com, and it will be included here for others to listen to.
You can provide information about yourself, like your name or age, or you can submit it completely anonymously.
Try to keep the recording shorter than 10 seconds.

Questions you may have:
1. Is this for a study or survey?
No. This is purely for the sake of it, and your voice will not be used anywhere for anything except this web page.
2. Why are you doing this?Since I was a child I have been transfixed by voices. If I heard myself in a recording I would play the recording over and over, listening to my words again and again. The difference between what I heard in my own head and what I heard on the audio was where some sort of magic happened. I couldn't quite believe that was me; was this what other people heard? What they perceived of me? What was lost in the translation to the digital - or rather, what was uncovered that I couldn't detect otherwise?
It's for the sake of absurdity!
3. My audio is bad/there's noise in my recording. Can I still submit?Yes! In fact, the shittier the better. Let your environment and equipment color your audio as much as you please.
4. What format should I send audio in?Preferably .wav or .mp3.
5. I changed my mind and want my audio taken down. Can you do that?Of course. Please email me and I'll do so as soon as I can.
